• Brief exercise programme created which can be emailed or posted for you to continue with between appointments

Follow up appointments - £90 

• Last at least 45 minutes
• Exercise progression
• Advice and encouragement to make positive changes
• Any appropriate outcome measures

Book four follow up appointments at the same time and save 10%.

Missed appointment 

• No charge with more than 24 hours notice

Milage Charges

• A small charge for milage will be applied if you are more than 10miles from Hedge End. 

Medical letters and liaison with other professionals – price on
